TEAM HYUNDAI OF BEND • COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Driving Change. Saving Lives.
Our Partnership with Street Dog Hero
One rescue, one adoption, and one act of kindness at a time.
Compassion in action
More Than a Partnership. A Shared Mission.
At Team Hyundai of Bend, we believe being part of Central Oregon means doing more than selling and servicing vehicles. It means showing up for our neighbors, supporting organizations that make a difference, and finding meaningful ways to give back.
That's why we're proud to partner with Street Dog Hero, an organization dedicated to helping dogs in need.
What began with a visit to their facility has grown into a relationship built on compassion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to giving rescue dogs a brighter future.
Showing up when it matters
From Our First Visit to 50 Rescued Dogs
Our partnership began when members of Team Hyundai of Bend toured Street Dog Hero's facility, met their dedicated team, and learned firsthand about the work involved in rescuing and caring for dogs.
Later, when Street Dog Hero rescued 50 dogs from Skid Row in California, they reached out to our dealership for help. Our team answered the call.
Employees volunteered their time to help unload the rescued dogs, get them settled into the facility, and assist with the important first steps of their arrival.
For our team, it was an opportunity to do something tangible for animals who needed a helping hand—and to support the people working tirelessly to give them a fresh start.
Ongoing support
Every Credit Card Transaction Makes a Difference
Through our partnership with our credit card processing company, customers who choose to pay by credit card instead of debit card are charged a 3% processing fee. The full 3% fee is donated to Street Dog Hero to support its rescue work.
Proud to Stand Beside Street Dog Hero
From our first facility tour to volunteering during a major rescue, helping cover adoption costs, and providing ongoing financial support, Street Dog Hero has become an important part of our dealership's community involvement.
Because at Team Hyundai of Bend, being part of the community means showing up when it matters.
